These terms and conditions govern the use of the FBA Elite Amazon FBA Training Course provided by Darren Lynch ("I," "me," or "my"). By accessing or using my training course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Course Content
The FBA Elite Amazon FBA Training Course is designed to provide educational content and guidance for individuals interested in selling on Amazon using the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) model. The course content is based on my own experience as a successful Amazon seller and from working with many other successful Amazon sellers.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While I strive to provide valuable advice and guidance based on my own experience as a successful Amazon seller and mentor, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Selling on Amazon involves numerous variables, and results may vary depending on individual circumstances, market conditions, product selection, individual effort, and other factors beyond my control.
3. Course Updates
I endeavor to keep the course content up to date; however, the Amazon platform and associated tools such as Helium 10 are constantly evolving and updating. As a result, some course videos may not 100% match the latest updates from these platforms. If you believe any content is out of date, please contact me, and if appropriate, I will update the course in a timely fashion.
4. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the FBA Elite website may include technical, typographical, videographic, or photographic errors. I do not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. I may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.
5. Use License
You are granted a temporary, non-exclusive license to view and/or download the materials from the FBA Elite Amazon Training Course for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, or transfer the materials, and this license will automatically terminate if you violate its terms.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the course, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. If your total course watch time is below 15%, I will provide a full refund. If you have watched or downloaded more than 15% of the course, a refund may not be offered.
7. Third Party Recommendations and Resources
The course includes third-party recommendations and resources to help you with your Amazon FBA business. I am not responsible for anything that the third party provides. I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the resources, and I am not responsible for how you use them or the results they produce.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or in connection with the use of the FBA Elite Amazon FBA Training Course.
9. Modification of Terms
I reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the FBA Elite website. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically for changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
